• Can’t sleep tonight. It might have something todo with sleeping till 3:30 pm…now what should I do. #

• 8:10 for a mile run. I’m very disappointed in myself but thats what I get for not running for a week. #
• Is wondering what he will be spending more time on at work? Will it be website stuff or flash stuff. #
• The rebuilding of accuwx is done tomorrow I will test it. Then hopefully it can be launched later this week. #
• Walked to work this morning. It might not have been a good idea because it is supposed to rain today. Going to start to run today also. #
• Just weighed in at 172 tonight. I still feel strong at this weight so maybe 155 is still an option. #

• This is day two of not being able to sleep at night. I don’t get it. I’m tired when I go to bed and I still can’t sleep. Oh Well #
• I have a question for the masses out there and its been bugging me for 6 months. How do you test for null in vb without using try/catch? #
• Today when I got to work my Dell was off.Then I went to boot it and the caps lock key blinked then the machine turned off. Motherboard Died. #
• Wow I’m tired. I guess that is what I get for not being able to sleep last night. #
• Just got back from training and listening to Mudvayne’s Happy. Today was not near as rough training which is good. #
• I figured I would listen to some country till time to go to the gym. Its good to be able to listen to lots of kinds of music. #
• My apartment mate almost burnt the house down today by leaving the stove on when they left. I was wondering why it was hot! #
• I start back to my grappling training tonight… Its been a month and I needed to restart my training. #
