Posted on April 19th, 2009 Comments- Is back to 100% after knee surgery. Doctor will not let me run till May though (said 6 more weeks). I’m back to walking tomorrow to work

Twitter Updates for the week of 2009-04-05
Posted on April 5th, 2009 Comments- I decided not to take my pain medication last night so I could drive today. I woke up though way before time to wake up and not how I wanted #
- I got the sock on. The combination is going to one knee and then stretching out… Wish I had worked on my flexibility a little bit more. #
- Can’t get my right sock on… Yesterday I got it on but it was upside down. I forget how I got the sock on though. #
- Back in the classroom for the first time in almost a year… At South Hills. It feels good to be learning this way again. #
- It turns out my knee hurts a lot more once the shot of pain medication wore off. Went from walking on it a little back to crutches. #
- I went to surgery today. Already back up on my feet although I am using a crutch but it feels like I will be back to full strength soon. #
