- Going to the gym today before work to do a bike ride. I’m still working on the strength of my right knee. #
- Went to church this morning, went out on the mountain for a hike then to the gym I feel like today was a success. #

Posted on November 22nd, 2009 Comments- Everyday that goes by I get a little bit stronger! I’m just focusing on doing as many sets and reps at the gym. #
- I am ready to get another good day of work in. I am working on some mods to a bug tracking system. It is finally coming along. #
- At the gym. It is awesome I can watch the ultimate fighter again now because I have a tv at the elliptical that gets spike! #
- I hit up the gym tonight 1 hour on the eliptical and 2 mile run. Now I think I am ready for bed! #
- Note to self though next time I cook so much don’t be alone In the apt. I cooked way to much for just me. #
