• Dinner with Krista’s family was great yesterday. Then we went to see Boondock Saints 2 it is a must see in my opinion. #

• Going to the gym today before work to do a bike ride. I’m still working on the strength of my right knee. #
• Went to church this morning, went out on the mountain for a hike then to the gym I feel like today was a success. #
